According to the authorized statement, "An unusual encounter pulls characters Naoe and Yasuke into a new adventure, where whispers of forbidden rituals and terrifying changes resonate through the darkness." The plot presents a "unusually attired woman named Ada" who tasks the duo with journeying into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a hidden sect.
The questline focuses on "bizarre trials and a fearsome adversary" and is open to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.
Familiar Locations and Transformations
The trailer highlights the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was previously where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The trailer ends with a striking sequence showing a character, probably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that towers over Naoe and Yasuke.
